When applied to metal, textile techniques can be used to create jewelry, sculpture, functional and decorative art, and wall hangings. You’ll use scissors, fingers, pliers, dowels, straight pins, wire cutters, masking tape and blocks of wood with copper, brass and aluminum sheet and wire.
